IRS dropped adjustable spring plates. NO CORE
These will bolt onto an IRS style '69-on beetle, or Ghia, and will keep from having to notch your stock plates. If your spring plates are currently really close to the upper stop, and banging while you drive, these are the solution. Approximately 1" up and 1" down adjust-ability from the installed height. You will still need to rotate these on the splines, but there is no need to notch like stock spring plates, and they have the adjuster built in.
These are for use with 26 9/16" torsion bars. I can also build them for different length torsion's for IRS swapped pans. Please send an email if you need something custom.
These are made to use the stock size rubber bushings. Most all other adjustable spring plates require you to use the larger ID urethane bushings.
No cutting needed for installation.
No Core parts needed, so you can keep your original spring plates uncut.
These come raw steel, and will need to be painted. Includes cap spacers, longer cap bolts, anti-seize, and a Type E sticker.
